Richard is a Partner of Arthur D. Little and leads our Telecoms, Information, Media and Electronics (TIME) practice in the United Kingdom.
His professional focus is on operator strategy, license acquisition/market entry, regulation/public policy and corporate finance transaction support.
He has delivered engagements for Arthur D. Little in more than 35 countries since joining the firm in 1998, before which he also worked in the transportation and manufacturing industries.
Richard has supported many strategy projects and over one billion € transactions, helped to create new networks and businesses in emerging markets and presented work to Governments.
He also spent several years in a research department exploring interactive device design, and enjoys bringing user perspectives and creative approaches to consulting work at Arthur D. Little.
Richard holds an MEng in Engineering with Management Studies from Imperial College, London.
